Ms. Evelyn Lee obtained her Bachelor of Laws Degree in 2009 from the University of Malaya on a full scholarship provided by OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad. She was subsequently admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court in Malaya in 2010. With over ten (10) years of active practice, Ms. Evelyn possesses a wealth of experience in various areas of law. She specializes in property transactions, conveyancing, tenancies, banking, financing, development projects (including the legal aspects and procedures involved in launching new projects, intermediate and sub-sale transactions, and subsequent matters concerning joint management bodies and management corporations), security and loan documentation, probate and administration of estates, trusts, and ancillary matters related to property affairs.
